Refund policy

PRICING AND OWNERSHIP - All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the amount due will reflect the price at the time of purchase. Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer upon receipt of payment in full.

CHANGE OF MIND AND REFUND POLICY - My Byte does not provide refunds for change of mind. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and product in resalable condition. My Byte reserves the right to refuse an exchange request or charge restocking fees.

PAYMENT TERMS - All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit card, and approved electronic payment systems.
