Before leaving your device for service, we require Find My to be turned off. If you're unable to turn off Find My, we might not be able to service your device. This policy is in force to prevent unauthorised persons from servicing your device without your knowledge.

How long does it take to get my device back?
This is heavily dependent on the time of year, however typically you will get your device back either same day or within a few business days.
What happens if I don't turn off Find My?
In some circumstances we will be unable to proceed with your repair for privacy reasons. This is to prevent unauthorised persons from servicing your device without your knowledge.
Can I take my device home whilst waiting for parts to arrive?
In some cases, yes, however it is not recommended because if the condition of your Mac changes whilst outside of our service centre, we may be unable to proceed with your repair. Our technicians will always work on a case by case basis to ensure we meet your personal needs.
