- We test the device (battery, screen, keyboard, storage, serial number).
- You receive a bank transfer or store-credit offer on the spot.
- If you accept, we wipe your device securely and complete the trade-in immediately.

Should I wipe my Mac before trading it in?
If possible, sign out of iCloud and erase your data. If you can’t (e.g., device won’t turn on), we can complete a professional data wipe for you. No device leaves our store until it has been securely erased to protect your privacy.
