You can trade in a range of models across iPhone iPad and Mac. If your device isn’t eligible for any trade-in value, you can still recycle it with My Byte for free.

It depends on the device, model and condition. We will confirm all this in store for an exact trade-in value.

Your device may be reused, refurbished, repaired and re-distributed. Heavily damaged devices are disassembled and used for their parts. If data can’t be wiped they are recycled with our ISO certified recycling partners and broken down for their raw materials. 

It will take approximately 15 minutes to assess your device and provide you with trade-in options.

Bank Transfers take approximately 7-10 business days.

Store credits expire after 12 months.

We will erase all your data and settings when you proceed with a trade-in. Alternatively, you can do this prior to bringing in your device.

Find My is a security measure that proves ownership of device. This must be removed in order to qualify for a trade-in.
