This is heavily dependent on the time of year, however typically you will get your accessory back either same day or within a few business days.

In some cases, yes, however it is not recommended because if the condition of your accessory changes whilst outside of our service centre, we may be unable to proceed with your repair/replacement. Our technicians will always work on a case by case basis to ensure we meet your personal needs.
